From project management personnel to workers, EKON primarily arranges requisite manpower from within its organization, and supplements this with additional personnel if so required to fast-track a deadline.
Apart from its strong in-house team of multi-disciplinary engineering professionals, EKON also has qualified, certified and experienced QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors, including:

EKON procures the required domestic and international third-party inspection services from service providers accredited to TS EN ISO/IEC 17020, and laboratory services from service providers accredited to TS EN ISO/IEC 17025.
At EKON, selects subcontractors to work on its projects by subjecting them to a supplier pre-evaluation process. It continuously monitors the performance of suppliers and implements supplier development programs when necessary to raise quality standards.
