The Engineering, Procurement and Construction Works of Hasanoğlan 2500 tons/day New Clinker Line Project which has been awarded by CIMPOR YİBİTAŞ Cement Industry and Trade Co. to EKON Industry Construction and Trade Inc. on turnkey basis on 20.August.2007 has reached the completion stage and the factory has produced its first clinker on 29 July 2009.
The project covering the engineering, procurement, construction, erection, start up and commissioning of the new greenfield clinker burning line, cement additives and cement grinding facilities, has been put into operation as one of the most modern cement plants of Turkey.
