The erection works of 3500 tons/day capacity New Clinker Line at Aşkale Cement Factory project, which has been awarded on 2 September 2006 by a contract signed between Aşkale Cement Production Industry Co. and EKON Industry Construction and Trade Inc., has been completed and the plant has been taken into commissioning as of 29 July 2007.
3800 tons/day capacity has been reached at the performance tests carried out during the commissioning period.
